This Privacy Policy applies to the Baby Learns mobile apps, including Baby Learns Colors, Baby Learns Simple Objects, and Baby Learns Simple Shapes, together with the optional voiceover submission and support features connected to those apps.

2. Information During Normal App Use

When a child or family uses our apps in the ordinary course, we do not intentionally collect personal information through normal gameplay.

Our apps do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, geolocation data, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or behavioral analytics during normal use.

3. Optional Voiceover Submissions

Our apps include an optional feature that allows a parent or guardian to record and submit a custom voiceover for review and possible sharing with other Baby Learns users. This feature is optional and is not required to use the apps.

If a parent or guardian chooses to submit a voiceover, we may receive the information included in that submission, such as:

• The voice recording or sound file itself
• Voiceover name
• App name or app identifier
• Language
• Author name
• Email address
• User or device-related identifiers entered by the submitter

We use this information to receive the submission, send confirmation emails, review and manage the submission, and, if approved, make the voiceover available to other Baby Learns users.

Please only submit a voiceover if you are the parent or guardian, or are otherwise authorized to share the recording and any information provided with it.

4. Support Requests and Website Use

If you contact us through our support form or by email, we may receive the information you choose to send, including your name, email address, and message contents. We use that information only to respond to you and provide support.

Our public website may also collect standard technical information through normal hosting logs and website analytics tools, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and approximate visit times. We use that information to operate, secure, and improve the website, not for targeted advertising inside the apps.

5. Children's Privacy and COPPA

Baby Learns is designed for young children to use together with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through normal app use.

Any optional voiceover submission or support request that includes personal information should be completed by a parent or guardian. If you believe that personal information from a child under 13 was submitted to us without appropriate parental involvement, please contact us and we will review and address the issue.

6. How We Use and Share Information

We use information only for the limited purposes described above, including operating the apps and website, responding to support messages, and reviewing or publishing approved voiceover submissions.

We do not sell personal information. However, if a submitted voiceover is approved, the audio content may be distributed to other Baby Learns users as part of the voiceover-sharing feature. We may also rely on service providers that help us host or operate our systems.

7. Retention, Security, and Your Choices

We retain support messages and voiceover submissions only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, review submissions, maintain approved content, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

If you would like to withdraw a previously submitted voiceover or request deletion of related information, please contact us. We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
